RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them!


An item may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving item as stated by USPS tracking or date of purchase in store. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer, free of any defects/odors, and with all original tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at shopsocielle@gmail.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. 

Package must be delivered back to us within 7 days of the return being accepted.

Accessories, Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates (including bralettes and sport bras), Final Few, Flash Sale and Sale items are FINAL SALE! Only full price merchandise will be accepted for store credit.

General handmade items may be exchanged for a different size only, if that size is available. Custom designs and personalized items (with names/dates, etc) are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Shoes must be in original box, and box must be free of any damages, tape, etc. Do not use shoe box as shipping box. 

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us via email with a photo and details of damage within 48 hours of receiving the item in order to be considered for return.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Socielle, Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once mailed.
