RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them!

An item may be returned for store credit only within 5 days of receiving item. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer, free of any defects/odors, with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at shopsocielle@gmail.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. 

Package must be delivered back to us within 7 days of the return being accepted.

Accessories, Intimates, Final Few, Flash Sale and Sale items are FINAL SALE!

General custom made to order items may be exchanged for a different size only. If there are personalizations (example, name/date etc) these items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.


Shoes must be in original box, and box must be free of any damages, tape, etc. Do not use shoe box as shipping box. 


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 


Socielle, Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once mailed.
